All the Templates came editable and easy customized in layered PSD files (for use of Photoshop or any other software that supports PSD. Most of the templates come on HTML format and can be customized in nearly all the major (Frontpage and Dreanweaver) and even smaller web editors. There are over 120 web editors that the templates are currently editable in. The download and editing aspect is a very simple process after the initial download and all you'd need to really do is un-zip the file and extract them all to a folder you nominate on your computer. Then you just open your favorite web editor or Photoshop software and open the folder with the desired template and begin customizing the template and making it your own.
